TTQ # 34:
I’m getting ready to go to the NHRA Summit Racing Series ET Finals and my NHRA ET number will expire at the end of August. Should I wait until I go to Indy on September 15 and renew my NHRA number there?
Expired Number Eddie
TTQ # 34 Answer:
I’m glad you looked at your NHRA number/license card before it expired. I hope that your local NHRA Member Track SFI Tech Inspector would have told you that your NHRA number was going to expire this month. You should mail in an NHRA number/license so that it is in the NHRA Division 3 office before September 9, 2011. Starting Monday, September 12 all other NHRA number/licenses new or renewal for the NHRA Summit Racing Series ET Finals must be taken to the paddock area building at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis starting at noon, Thursday September 15 for processing, there will be an extra $10 service fee when done at the event. _________________ Pacemakers Dragway Park

Also keep in mind that the NHRA ET number is all you need to get the racer discount at Jeg's . The savings can more than make up for the cost of membership and the ET number. _________________ Pacemakers Dragway Park
