Have to say that's a surprise! Amazing how things change. My first thought was did someone get fired from Jegs? Shocked Regardless, Welcome Summit Racing Equipment! Hopefully this helps the program grow.

Summit Racing Equipment Quick 32

Summit wants all quick racers to run their decal for the series which Summit will provide!

QUALIFYING
There will be 16 open wheel and 16 door cars ( must have operational doors, Altereds and Roadsters are considered open wheel.).
There will be no cross filling of fields (no door cars in dragster class and vice versa). 1 Car/1 Driver.
There will be 2 qualifying runs. 1st Pass 3:30 pm 2nd Pass 5:00 pm , Eliminations @ 6:30 Sharp The times for qualifying and eliminations for Quick 32 take priority over all other classes Competitors must pay entry fee at gate and have tech card submitted to the tower prior to first qualifying pass.
You do not have to make both qualifying passes.

If paid entries are not full after first qualifying round, then exception will be made to allow further entries.
However; entries will only be accepted until field is full and will not bump out previously entered competitors (those that had paid at gate). NO REFUNDS FOR BROKE CARS AFTER QUALIFYING STARTS.
Non qualifiers can enter in Super Pro at no additional charge. Qualifiers can also enter Super Pro/Box for an additional charge.

DIALS INS
Racers may change dial ins between rounds but may not dial any slower than one tenth of their best qualifying round.

PAIRINGS AND LANE CHOICE
Sportsman Ladder. All rounds

SUBSTITUTION OF CAR AND DRIVER There will be no substitution of car after qualifying. Car you qualify with must be the car you use in eliminations.

CLASS CALLS
All racers must come to staging lanes when called in a timely manner. Racer will be responsible to check the days race schedule for qualifying and elimination times. Competitors that are experiencing correctable difficulties that will be repaired in a timely manner please inform head of staging and every effort will be made to accommodate the competitor. This applies to elimination rounds only. Race management will take into consideration those racers that are competing in other classes.

POINTS
Points will be awarded as follows:

10 points to stage first round
10 points for every round won
1 points to runner-up (run-off)
2 points to final round winner (run-off)

In the event of an end of season points tie, tie breaker will be first determined by which competitor won the most events. If additional tie breaker is needed, next determining factor will be which competitor won most head to head rounds.

STAGING PROCEDURE
Burn-outs across the starting line will be permitted for both the open wheel and door car fields. All competitors must then back up and completely clear both staging beams prior to staging. Staging will be in a forward motion. Any competitor not abiding by this rule will be asked by the starter to back up and re-stage, if they fail to comply, they will be disqualified.
Auto start will be used in Quick 32 after both cars have pre-staged and one stage light is lit. Opponent has 10 seconds to stage, car must be fully staged to stop timer. We do not have stage lock. Flickering of bulbs will not stop timers. COURTESY STAGING IS MANDATORY

Your safety is important to us. All NHRA safety rules apply to car and driver. NHRA rules state that cars running 6.39 to 4.50 front engine, open bodied vehicles (or closed-bodied without an OEM or .024 inch steel firewall) with nitrous oxide, supercharged, or turbocharged: Must wear jacket and pants meeting SFI Spec 3.2A/15, gloves, and shoes meeting SFI spec 3.3/5

Maximum of 2 crew members on starting line per entry. Current chassis certification and driver safety equipment required.
All Pacemakers rules apply. Absolute racing curfew is 12 Midnight. Speed limit 5 MPH. You must be a licensed driver to use pit vehicles. Please respect our reserved parking spots. They are available for $150/season for 20 ft wide up to the fence. We have plenty of open pit parking

Remember NHRA rules on generator exhaust and noise. Don’t put your generator on your neighbors side of your trailer.

Free Friday night Test & Tune for paid Quick 32 entries. Crew entry fee good for both days.
Overnight camping on Friday and Saturday nights permitted. Try to move out by noon on Sunday.

We don’t have electric hookups or showers, but we do have an all concrete
1/8 mile race track with 1000 ft. of concrete safety barrier and 1700 ft of shutdown to the first turn, and another 600 ft. to the sand trap.

Spiral... you a front engine car? NHRA does not require a -15 suit until you run advanced ET in a RED.
