Just my opinion, but I think adding a true street / trophy class to the programs would be a good idea.

It would have to get very discouraging for someone who is just getting into drag racing, or for someone who just wants to go out to the track and have a little bit of fun with their daily driver to have to constantly race seasoned drivers that are driving cars that are 3, 4, or even 5 seconds faster than them.

I know that this wouldn't bring in a whole lot of money, but I think that it would help to get new people into the sport without costing them or the track alot of money!! A trophy don't cost that much and there are probably alot of people that would be more than happy to sponsor one.

This should be a TRUE STREET CAR CLASS with E.T. set at like 9.00 and slower with a $10.00 or $12.00 entry fee.

Its a great thought man.........but as i have noticed....... most of them people want to run 1/4 mile if they are racing, i dont know why i get the thrill from runnin period i could runa 60 foot race and be happy. But i would support it but they did have those true street nights last year and never got any cars to them. I could be wrong just me 2 cents buddy!!!

YEA, THEY SURE DO HAVE ALOT OF PEOPLE RUN TROPHY AT TRAILS DON'T THEY. 42 HAS A PRETTY BIG TROPHY CLASS TOO.
