Take off your power steering belt, and elec. water pump motor will do it. _________________ 394L Super Pro / Super Gas

Take everything off the truck that isn't neccessary such as bumpers, mirrors, door panels, wheel wells, etc. The extra pounds on the car (or truck) add up and can make a definite difference. The biggest problem I see is knowing what you do will make enough of a difference before you spend the money. I do remember several cars last year that were slower than 13.99. Now if you were taking a 20.00 second car, someone may say something.

Well I am not sure what motor you are running, but I know in my mustang running 40 degree's of total timing picked up about a tenth. It could give you a start.

I picked up almost 3 tenths a few years ago just un-capping my headers. And you could possibly slow down by running without a breather, depending how your carb is adjusted lean/rich.
