The cam sounds right! I would give Lunati a call and give them ur specs. Let them tell u what they think also! Can't go wrong with to much info before puting it together!

i have built a small block before(or 2) seems you might want to check on that dur. a little more. Rolling Eyes like a little to much for that heavy a car. Embarassed i would think 250-264 would be perfect for your weight, Wink but then again what the hell do I know!! Razz

I called lunati and that was the cam they said to use. I also called comp they said 279in 286ex at 50 dur 679in 649ex lift 106 lobe sep then i called crane and they said 260in 264ex at 50 dur 640in 645ex lift 106 lobe sep . so three pretty diff cams. Has far as et goes is mid to low 6sec pos with this combo? I know every thing looked good as far as numbers went on the desk top dyno it said 738hp im figuring 600 to 650hp.

Razz Never know,(But like I said" what the hell do I know") But from your specs. I ran that before with a cam just like yours( I have on the shelf) and it ran fine but at a higher RPM. Went with less dura. and it ran the same number at 1000 RPM less. Shocked Lower RPM less maint. Cool Just a thought. Laughing
