| Is there a differents in converters? Going from a th350 to a PG,can you use the same converter if the stall is high enough. The PG has a turbo shaft. Having a problem getting the converter to go all the way in. When putting the PG and the motor together the converter has no space to move back,is already hitting the flex plate before bolting to the block. The PG is new rebuild. please help!!! |

| Jim, make sure your input shaft is all the way back in the transmission. |

Is the converter made for a motor plate? Several possibilities as to what might be the problem. If you give me a call I can try to help you figure it out.
