I would bet on earlier. That was the times listed for Saturday with a start time in the afternoon. If we are starting at 10:00 am with time trials I would say everyone should just be ready to work them in as we can. I can't imagine with everything going on they will have a "scheduled" time for Super Street or Q32. I'd say be ready at 10 and you'll be safe!
