Release: April 7, 2007
Pacemakers Dragway Park, located in Mt. Vernon, Ohio is proud to
announce a marketing partnership with
M & M Racecars of Gleason, Tennessee; Rocks Trailer Sales of Grove
City, Ohio; and Jeg's High Performance of Delaware, Ohio that will
be of great benefit to their loyal points racers.

The top 32 Racers in the M & M Racecars Super Pro class at seasons
end will have the option to enter a special 5 round race to run off
for a brand new 2008 M & M Racecars double slip joint, 4 link
dragster chassis.

The top 32 racers in Rocks Trailer Sales Pro class at seasons end
will have the option of entering a 5 round race to win a brand new
enclosed trailer from Rocks Trailer Sales.

The top 32 racers in Jegs Sportsman class will have the chance to
run-off for a $3500.00 gift certificate from Jegs High Performance.
“This is an unprecedented event for Pacemakers Dragway Park” states
co-operator Chris Cyrus. “When I, my wife Amy, and Mike and PJ
Fouts decided to operate Pacemakers Dragway at the beginning of this
season, we wanted to make it the best place to race in Ohio for
sportsman bracket racers. With this partnership between Pacemakers
and these great companies, I feel we are one step towards making our
goal. Now, not only do you have the chance to race at Indy (in the
bracket finals), but as long as you are in the top 32 in points you
have earned the right to enter this spectacular race with great
prizes.“
Chris goes on to say, “I have an M & M racecar, and I can tell you
it is one of the best cars being built. The guys at M & M Racecars
have put together an outstanding product and it’s exciting to know
that next year there will be another one of their great cars racing
at our facility.
Everyone in central Ohio knows about Rocks Trailer Sales. Not only
do they sell the best enclosed racecar trailers available, but they
also have a variety of other trailers as well as a great parts
department and service staff. This is a great opportunity for a pro
class racer to be able to step up their racing program with a new
enclosed trailer from Rocks.
In the Sportsman class, the name of the game is to go as fast as you
can on a budget, and no one can supply you the parts you need to do
this like Jegs. We felt that the sportsman racer would most benefit
from a Jegs shopping spree because this class is for the slowest
street cars to cars that are trailered in, so this will allow
someone to customize their race car as they see fit.”
Keep checking the website for more info on this and other programs
they have in place. Racing season starts April 28.
